Würth defines it as sensitivity to customer needs. Problems, needs and requirements from our customers are our challenges and the basis of our commitment. Würth has a strong R&D team of 120 people, with a number of utility model and design patents.
The whole product R&D process is based on the opinions of independent institutions, colleges and universities, and customer advisory committee, as well as the customer suggestions with practical guidance. Only when the quality standards are fully met can new products be put into the market.

With advanced and complete fastener testing equipment and strict and professional testing team, the laboratory was accredited by CNAS according to IEC/ISO17025 (CL01) in 2013, and has become one of the well-equipped laboratories in Würth Group.
In addition to strict requirements for quality of its products, there are also strict regulations on the whole company process. Since 1993, Würth has established a sound quality management system within the company. Adhering to Würth Group's "customer-centric concept to ensure excellent quality of products", Würth China's quality management system has been running stably for more than ten years. The system also takes into account the commitment to social responsibility, care for employees and sustainable development strategy, and has obtained ISO14001 environmental management system and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certificates.
