On January 25, 2018, Thursday, Würth held “Safety Driving in Winter” salon in BMW Driving Experience Center (Shanghai) in spite of windy and snowy weather. This activity was held by Würth together with BMW Driving Experience Center (Shanghai). 40 excellent customer representatives were invited to participate.

In the seminar, East I Sales Director Mr. Wang Ke gave the opening speech, showing gratitude to all participants and introduced the achievements of Würth in safety driving area. Afterwards auto professional trainer Mr. Shen Qingnan shared maintenance tips for car in winter. Mr. Zhang Yingjie, lecturer from BMW Driving Experience Center, showed how to drive safely in bad weather. After 2 hours theoretical knowledge sharing, customer representatives got chance to take a test drive in the experience center. Although the outside was sleety and frosty, the enthusiasm inside defeated the bad weather. They all drove carefully, put safety driving technique into practice with great zeal.

After test drive, customer representatives were invited to visit product display area. The products, which specialized in protecting cars in winter, attracted their attention. The selected packages for cleaning windscreen impressed them deeply, for bad weather in winter always brought snow and spot on windscreen. The packages of radiator cleaner and engine oil treatment also got favorable receptions. The brake maintenance which was usually easily ignored, became a hot topic after salon. E-shop also received orders from participants. The experience of online purchase was praised by customers.

From this activity, we not only shared knowledge of safety driving in winter, but also introduced our products to customers. The improvement of safety awareness strengthened customers’ recognition of Würth. The demonstration of online purchase also offered a new and convenient shopping way for customers.
