THE FIRST ORDER OF WÜRTH ONLINE SHOP DELIVERED!

On August 10th 2016, the first order of Würth online shop was sent to our customers by e-commerce and sales department colleagues. As our first lucky customer, we expressed our congratulation and listened to his suggestion about our online shop.

Based on customer’s feedback, online channels such as Alibaba, JD mall, have been the most important sources for him to search the automotive supplies and relevant information. After experiencing our online shop and placing an order, our customer is satisfied with the purchasing process of the online shop, especially with the price display, inventory status and shipping information, which provides the maximum convenience to our customer for placing orders. At the same time, they also wish our online shop could improve the access speed, user experience, order flow etc. E-business team will address these important issues in August as well.

In the first month of e-shop, e-business team will continue to improve user experience, optimize the content and structure, support our sales colleagues to promote their work efficiency, simplify the operation for our IDM team, and try our best to make a better business experience for our customers.
