Würth receives "Best Brands Award 2014"

Künzelsau/Munich. A "Best Brands" survey among readers of renowned trade journals AUTOHAUS and asp Auto Service Praxis determined the Auto trade brands with the best image in 12 categories. The German car dealerships and their employees specified the Würth brand as the "Best Brand 2014". Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG was the clear winner of the title in the care agent category. Decisive factors were price-performance ratio, service orientation and quality.

"We are delighted at the award because it is proof of the customers' trust in Würth. Winning the award means that our customers appreciate the whole product range – from our special care sprays to the products of our ECO LINE, which does not contain any environmentally hazardous or climate-damaging substances and solvents", explained Norbert Heckmann, Chairman of Adolf Würth GmbH. He received the award within the framework of the New Year reception of publisher Springer Automotive Media on 16 January. The award confirmed the company's strategy of producing their own chemical and care products. "Our investment in research and development, the production of own chemical products for the automobile industry as well as many innovative products really pays off", added Thomas Klenk, Managing Director of Adolf Würth GmbH und Co. KG responsible for Product and Purchasing.

AUTOHAUS editor-in-chief Ralph M. Meunzel and asp editor-in-chief Frank Schlieben presented the cups to the representatives of the winning brands such as Würth, Michelin or Bosch. "The German dealerships and workshops clearly voted for the best brands of the industry", said Ralph M. Meunzel.

The "Best Brands" are selected in the fields of workshop equipment, car wash facilities, parts manufacturers, parts dealers, wheel manufacturers, wheel dealers, lubricants, work clothing, online automobile portals, independent automobile banks, automobile insurers and care product manufacturers.
